Our mountains got a lot of new snow which I don’t love but I’m just going to say that our summer is now going to be pushed back to July-October;)

It was a really cold morning.  I should have worn tights but I think the shorts made me finish the 7 miles faster because I wanted to get home as soon as possible and into a hot shower.

Who knows what happened the rest of the day until the late afternoon but I’m sure it was super exciting;)  I know that I had a bowl of cereal for lunch because we were all over the place but we took my dad out later for an early Father’s Day present to the movies.  It is one of his favorite things to do and he picked to go see Captain Underpants so the kids could come with us:)

Here, in detail just started dating a girl advice page

This is totally normal. Your periods can remain irregular while in your teens and even early twenties because you re still developing physically and sexually so this effects hormones and the gland in your brain controlling the all these things. Some women never get regular periods, but don t worry about this just yet, you ve got a long time before you can know for sure if this is the case for you, chances are it s just irregular now because of your age. Define regular - some girls think their periods should come the same day every month but your body doesn t follow the calendar, or think their periods should come every 28 days but this is just the average so not everyone s periods come every 28 days. Count from day one of bleeding up until the next time you bleed, this is your menstrual cycle and will give you a rough idea of how long there is between periods - it s normal for your periods to be a few days early or late from one cycle to the next, it s only considered irregular if there s over a weeks difference either early or late. You can help regulate your hormones and cycles by staying healthy and avoiding stress, you can take evening primrose oil capsules or chaste tree tincture to help regulate your cycles too. You might also want to try using a basic method of Fertility Awareness Method which will help you predict when your periods are due so making life a bit easier, it can also show you if anything is wrong, this page explains about this; Get With the Flow: All About FAM - http://www.scarleteen.com/article/body/get_with_the_flow_all_about_fam Cramps are not normal - they are common, but most girls can totally prevent cramps, and certainly they should not be so bad as to cause you to feel ill. Regulating your hormones will help prevent cramps, but there are a lot of other methods to prevent cramps or at least ease them if you do get them so you don t feel ill.
